HomeOwner's provides Home inspectors with over 10 years experience in residential and commercial buildings in Georgia and South Carolina.

Inspectors are trained in the Council of American Building Officials (CABO) guidelines. Inspectors are required to complete 25 continuing education credits each year to stay abreast on the evolving construction rules and procedures.

We are licensed Contractors/Residential Builders.  While we maintain our credentials, we currently do no construction.  We consider this a conflict of interest with our home inspection business.

We are Licensed, Bonded and Insured in Georgia and South Carolina.

Our Inspectors are members of SBCCI, GAHI, ASHI and ICC.

We are devoted to the home buyer/seller because home inspection is our only business. We are not associated with any other builder, remodel or real estate group.  We maintain a high degree of professionalism and integrity to all parties involved in each inspection.  All parties can be completely sure that our report is unbiased and completely objective.

Our inspectors represent you, the home buyer/seller and you are encouraged to attend and participate in the inspection process as much as possible. The inspection will address concerns with the home, safety issues, maintenance tips, upgrades and recommendations as well as positive features of the home.
